The government's ban on former ISRO chief G Madhavan Nair and three other eminent space scientists from holding any government jobs is a welcome move, said chief minister Oomen Chandy. Chandy sees this stand taken by the govt on a positive note and the ban was enforced as they were holding other important posts.
