The Kerala university syndicate has decided to cancel all appointments made to the assistant grade posts in 2008 as per the Lokayuktha order. Earlier in its order Lokyuktha asked the varsity to cancel the appointments due to lack of transparency and corruption in appointments. The decision was taken after a voting process.
